Collaborated with the United Nations and specialized agencies (among others Economic Commission for Europe, International Labour Office, UNEP, UNV, UNHCR). Since 1994 member of TEAM EUROPE (experts of European integration). First President of the Scientific Council of the World Federation of Societies for Civilization Diseases and Environment Research (1995-1996). Attended many international conferences, round tables, seminars as a keynote speaker. Adviser to many Chambers of Industry and Commerce on international relations and management. Author of many publications dealing with international relations and management, international development and environment. Actively involved to the process of civil society building serving as Member of the Executive Boards of several NGOs. Many years, as a staff of the Silesian Technical University, was Editor in Chief of Social Sciences Scientific Series.
