Jozef Antoni Haber is a well known specialist of international relations and international management as well as environmental management. Author of first Polish definition of Ecological security; Author of many books and papers on the Environment . Large practical experience including among others the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe In Geneva (Co-Chairman of the Task Force for Environmental Technology Transfer) and other United Nations organizations as ILO, UNEP, Staff (Head of the Environmental Policy Unit) Institute for Protection of the Environment; responsible for the Global Environmental Problem In Polish Academy of Science; adviser to the Minister of Environment and Minister of Foreign Affairs on Security and Sustainable Development as well as to the bussinesses and Chambers of Commerce.
Within long academic experience provided lectures, seminars on "Enviromental Management" in Poland, Germany, the UK and the USA. Still actively involved as expert of the TEAM EUROPE on Environment and Development.
