Robert M. Hull
He has taught a variety of finance and business courses for about 25 years. Professor Hull's major area of research and instruction is corporate finance. He has twenty-two publications in recognized finance journals such as Financial Management, Journal of Financial Research, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, The Journal of Financial Education, Investment Management and Financial Innovations, and The Journal of Finance Case Research. He also has ten publications involving supplements for textbooks. He is author and development of the Capital Structure Model (CSM) that extends Modigliani and Miller (1958, 1963) and lays the foundations for current capital structure perpetuity theory. Professor Hull is faculty advisor for the Washburn Finance Society (WFS), which is a student organization fostering educational activities for Washburn University students interested in finance.
