Graduated Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Higher Banking School (Kyiv, UA) and London Gildhall University (UK). Received international capital markets qualification ICMQ at Securities Institute (London, UK, 2003). From 1994 works in banking system of Ukraine. Held different positions in JS Postal Pensionary Bank Aval; in 2001-2004 - the prime consultant of Expert Analytic Centre of the Monetary Policy Board of National Bank of Ukraine. Worked in Project of municipal credit financing of World Bank in Ukraine, further worked as a major financial analyst of research and information group "Expert-Ukraine". Since October 2005 he is a Director of development of First Fund Trading System, Chairman of Index Committee of FFTS. Member of National IPO Committee of Ukraine. Coordinator of Branch Council "Finance" of Social Board of Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Research officer of Economic Theory Department at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of NAS of Ukraine.

Author of more than 70 articles and publications on monetary policy issues, banking system development and security market analysis ("Visnyk of NBU", "Security Market" (Moscow), "Banker", Financial Community (Moscow), Partner, Expert-Ukraine, Financial Director, National Banking Journal (Moscow), Currency Profiteer (Russia) etc.).
