Dr. Mosad Zineldin a Professor of Strategic Management and Marketing. He is a Doctor of Philosophy, Stockholm University, School of Business- Sweden. Major: business Administration. Thesis on Economics of Money and Banking-served as a Chairman of the Marketing Department at the School of Management and Economics, Växjö University, Sweden. I taught at the School of Business, Stockholm University for many years. He is also engaged in a considerable number of research and consulting activities. He has participated in different international conferences as a presenter and a keynote speaker. I'm organizer and chairman of different international conferences. I wrote and published several books and numerous articles in many different international journals. My books are translated and using by may universities in differtn countries in Enlgish, Swedish and Italien languages. My latest book TRM "Total Relationship Management," 2000 is the first book in the world to outline the framework of relationship management from a holistic totality and multifunctional perspective. Assoicate Editor of World Review of Science, Technology and Sustainable Development and Guest editor of the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics management. I have held many visiting appointments in several countries. I'm member of a distinguished international advisory group for improving the publication of scientific works at International Journals. Reviewer and member of editiroial borads of some Internatinal Journals, among others, Internatinal Journal of Bank Marketing. My articles have appeared in European Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Bank Marketing for the financial service sector, Journal of Marketing Intelligence & Planing, Management Decision Journal, Managerial Auditing Journal Journal of Measuring Business Excellence, International Journal Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, Journal of Consumer Marketing, TQM Magazine and Supply Change Management Journal.
