Aims

The journal represents a periodic publication for researchers, theorists and practitioners, who investigate the problems of public and municipal finance management. It addresses the issues of theoretical, methodological and methodical problems of public and municipal finance management, particularly those concerning research of financial system, government budget, budgets of the municipal units, financial resources of companies and population of the given countries. The journal is published quarterly.

  • budgetary policy;
  • interrelationship between budgets of different levels (state, region, city);
  • formation of budget revenues;
  • optimization of budgetary costs;
  • taxation system as a basis of budgeting.

The journal focuses on the financial aspects of strategic planning of the municipal units development, firstly on cities and their socio-economic development.

Editorial Board

The Editorial Board consists of eminent economists and financial specialists from many countries. They delve into analyzing the problems of public and municipal finance management, government budget and budgets of the municipal units. All members of the Board occupy high positions in educational and research institutions.
