This study investigates the effects of digitalization on strategic human resources management, identifies the cause-and-effect relationships between the identified trends. The impact of digitalization of the enterprise’s business processes on business competitiveness and the country’s international image is substantiated. This investigation seeks to establish how developmental cause-effect relationships at both national and global levels influence the emerging digitalization trends within strategic human resources management frameworks. While analysing theoretical perspectives on digitalization’s influence on strategic human resources management, this research establishes both the authentic interpretation of this phenomenon and its subsequent impact on evolving human resources management trajectories. The global ratings of Ukraine and the world’s leading countries-analysts on innovative development and talent ratings are analysed. Through this analysis, it has been established that during the era of human resources management digitalization, organizations predominantly implement remote work arrangements, while global industry leaders utilize artificial intelligence technologies for recruitment, training, and general HR functions. The relationship between innovative development and talent level was evaluated through correlation analysis, yielding a coefficient of 0.791, which demonstrates a strong positive correlation between Ukraine’s innovative advancement and its talent capacity. The conclusions regarding the areas of improvement of the digitalization of strategic personnel management are substantiated.
