Our colleague, Viktoriia Koilo, is a Ph.D. now

Business Perspectives is delighted today! One of the best members of our team successfully defended a Ph.D. thesis in Economics. Viktoriia Koilo, Managing Editor of the Journal "Problems and Perspectives in Management", defended her thesis at Sumy State University. Subject: Formation of financial security of Ukraine under the influence of attraction of credit resources of International financial organizations.

Here's what she says about herself: There, I focus on professional support and happiness of the customers. Being an editorial assistant means that you need to have a great eye for detail, the ability to spot mistakes and excellent time management skills, so that you always hit strict deadlines. I’m passionate with painting, this is my hobby. Vincent van Gogh’s paintings always attracted me and give the inspiration: “I put my heart and soul into my work, and I have lost my mind in the process.”
