However, the project efficiency assessment varies across industries, making it difficult to apply general concepts and guidelines in the specific project environment. The study’s main purpose is to assess the impact of organizational support on project efficiency in different areas and identify critical processes that increase it. The paper presents quantitative research results by using data from 261 project managers in the Republic of Kazakhstan during 2018–2019. The research sample consists of commercialization projects, scientific projects, social projects, and projects from the service industry. The research findings show the different quality levels of top management support and its high correlation with project efficiency. Furthermore, the study reveals the specific processes for each investigated type of project that highly correlate with project efficiency dimensions. Commercialization projects that intensively use the organizational support processes were the most efficient projects by showing the best result in cost overrun (15%) and the second resulted in schedule overrun (17%). These findings have theoretical and practical implications, supporting project managers in increasing their project efficiency by choosing the critical, proper project management tools and techniques.

Views: 1081 Downloads: 531 TO CITE АНОТАЦІЯThis paper aims to analyze various indicators to explain the impact of inequality and income on economic growth at the regional level of Kazakhstan. The data collected from the Bureau of National Statistics from 1995 to 2020 examined the impact of country, interregional, and market inequality indices and real income/wage on the GRP of different regions. Applying the methods such as analysis of unique statistical data covering 16 regions of Kazakhstan and log-linear multivariate regression analysis, which was carried out using the STATA software package, evidence was provided on the influence of interregional, country inequality, and income on economic growth. The analysis showed the differential impact of inequality and income. It was found at the first stage that the gap between interregional inequality and country inequality is insignificant. It was identified at the second stage that in models with real incomes, an increase in income has a negative impact on the development of the economy of Kazakhstan. All the models obtained are consistent and have (although not very high) significant explanatory power and confirm the relationship between inequality and economic growth. The findings can help policymakers, regionalists, economists, and governmental bodies understand the importance of income inequality and which areas can contribute to the formation of effective regional policy.

Abstract
The purpose of the study was is to assess the impact of key factors (including employment, income, poverty level, prices and social support) on the dynamics of social pressure in Kazakhstan. The analysis covered the period from 2014 to 2024 and utilized official data. The methodology combines entropy-based ranking of indicators, calculation of the Socio-Economic Pressure Index (SEPI), Social Stability Index (SSI), and Social Inertia Index (SII), as well as phase-portrait visualization. The entropy ranking revealed that the share of population below the food basket cost (di = 0.71; Wi = 0.2381) and housing assistance (di = 0.516; Wi = 0.1728) had the highest variability and the strongest influence on SEPI. Moreover, SEPI rose from 0.0967 in 2014 to its peak in 2023 – over 20 times higher – before falling to 0.53 in 2024. SSI dropped from 4.94 in 2017 to 0.44 in 2023, with minimal adaptive capacity, and partial recovery to 1.87 in 2024. There was recorded instability of positive changes and a high likelihood of renewed pressure due to the lowest value of SII (–3.24) in 2024. Thus, long-term stability and a reduction in the social sphere’s susceptibility to external and internal shocks require integrated policy measures that combine targeted support, income regulation, and adaptive governance.Acknowledgments
